We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE 3) who can build production-grade AI systems in India and then relocate to Japan to work closely with customers and teams on the ground.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and build scalable microservices using Clean Architecture
• Deploy and operate workloads on AWS / Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and implement RAG-based systems
• Build evaluation pipelines (RAGAS, BLEU) to measure quality and control hallucinations
• Implement observability: logs, metrics, traces, SLOs
• Serve and optimize models using vLLM / TGI, with awareness of latency, cost, and GPU constraints
• Work directly with enterprise customers, gathering requirements and explaining technical trade-offs
• Transition into a Japan-facing role after ~18 months

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 2–5 years of strong software engineering experience
• Backend-heavy profile with real production ownership

Education & Background (Important)

• Tier-1 engineering college graduate (IITs, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent)
• Experience in a Tier-1 product company (global or leading Indian product firms)

Core Skills

• Python & SQL for batch and streaming data pipelines
• Microservices architecture and API design
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• GenAI systems (LLMs, vector search, RAG)

Strong Plus

• ML frameworks: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark
• Model serving & optimization (vLLM, TGI)
• GPU memory management, quantization (GGUF, AWQ)
• Understanding of Transformers, Attention mechanisms

🌏 Global Mobility & Language Expectations

• Willingness to relocate to Japan after ~18 months
• Commitment to learning Japanese during the India tenure

• Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, global environment
