Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can take true end-to-end ownership of product development in a fast-moving environment. This role is hands-on, execution-driven, and production-focused.

You are expected to ship meaningful production changes daily, help shape product direction while building, and operate comfortably with evolving requirements. This is not a support or maintenance role, you will be building core systems from the ground up.

• LLM APIs, agent orchestration, automation pipelines (Google ADK or similar)

• Modern CI/CD
• AI-powered IDEs (Cursor, Copilot, etc.)

Non-Negotiables

• 2-4 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript proficiency
• Proven API design and implementation experience
• Ability to ship production changes daily
• Comfort working with incomplete or evolving requirements
• Strong ownership mindset (“you build it, you run it”)
• Active use of AI tools and modern IDEs to accelerate development
• High standards for code quality, reliability, and clarity

Strong Pluses

• Experience with fintech systems (payments, subscriptions, billing)
• Experience building or operating agentic or AI-driven systems
• Early-stage startup experience
• Ownership of critical production systems

• Do not actively use AI tools to improve velocity
• Prefer maintaining legacy systems over building new ones

This is a permanent, full time contractor role. It is fully remote. Candidates must be based in India.
