Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into measurable marketing strategies, managing cross-channel campaigns, and partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue teams to accelerate go-to-market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with company goals, target audiences, and product priorities.
- Own end-to-end campaign management across channels such as digital, email, content, events, paid media, and partner marketing.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to support product launches, messaging, positioning, and enablement initiatives.
- Manage demand generation programs focused on pipeline growth, lead quality, and conversion optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics (CAC, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, ROI) and optimize based on insights.
- Oversee content strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand voice and compelling storytelling across channels.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external vendors or agencies as needed.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Support brand-building initiatives and ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing assets.
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Operating Context
- Reports to the Director of Marketing or Head of Marketing.
- Works closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Operates in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities.
- May collaborate with distributed teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing roles with increasing responsibility.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and performance analytics.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Background supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
- Experience managing agencies or external vendors.
