Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences across our digital products. Fully remote position with flexible hours.
Job type: Task-based (Fixed monthly salary)
Responsibilities:
- Design clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to refine user flows and improve usability.
- Conduct research and translate insights into effective design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive style guides.
- Participate in feedback and iteration cycles to enhance design quality.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, problem-solving, and design craft.
- Proficiency with Figma, or similar design tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: $350-$500, plus bonuses for outstanding performance.
