RecSkills is hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant for one of our growing international clients. This is a remote opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is eager to build hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media channels
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research and on-page optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports using analytics tools
- Assist with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) under supervision
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing, paid ads)
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Internship or 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with Canva, content calendars, or CMS platforms
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing or CRM tools
