Director of Operations - Telehealth

Amazing Meds is a telehealth company specializing in hormone therapy, peptides, and medical weight loss. We've got product-market fit. We've got patients. We've got revenue.

What we don't have: operations that can handle 10x the volume.

That's where you come in.

This is not a "maintain the machine" role.

This is a "tear it down and rebuild it" role.

We need a Director of Operations who:

• Thinks like a founder
• Fixes problems permanently, not temporarily
• Gets in the weeds AND sees the big picture
• Has built telehealth ops before (or something close)

What You'll Own:

Scale Transform manual clinical workflows into automated systems. If it requires a human and shouldn't, you'll fix it.

Logistics Own the fulfillment chain end-to-end. Patients get prescriptions fast, compliant, every time.

Team Lead providers and support staff. Set KPIs. Hit them. No burnout.

Systems EMR, CRM, compliance, multi-state regulations — you've done this before and you'll do it better here.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years in healthcare or telehealth operations
• A "Doer-Director" — you solve puzzles, not just point at them
• Deep experience with EMRs, CRMs, HIPAA, and multi-state licensing
• You've scaled something before. You want to do it again.

The Offer:

• Base: $85K
• OTE: $120K (performance bonuses tied to real outcomes)
