We're working with Beckman Coulter on this exciting opportunity. Join a team dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative diagnostic tools and solutions, leading the Workflow & IT Solutions function across EMEA.
The Role
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 60 professionals across EMEA, fostering talent and building succession pipelines.
• Oversee the planning and execution of complex, multi-site installations of automation systems and clinical IT solutions.
• Optimize customer and internal workflows, introducing automation and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Manage tiered support operations, ensuring SLA adherence and driving continuous improvement in incident resolution.
• Establish governance for installations and solutions, ensuring compliance with EMEA regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Commercial and Field Service teams for solution scoping, escalations, and roadmap alignment.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in solution delivery of Automation/IT services within the healthcare/medical sector.
• 5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams across EMEA.
• Proven experience with complex installations (integrations, networking, security, data migration) and customer support operations.
• Strong command of ITIL practices, including incident/problem/change management and service SLAs.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) and EMEA data/privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
