Music Director and Composer for AI Training (Remote)

Position: Music Directors and Composers

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $60–$110/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality questions related to music composition, direction, and interpretation.
• Evaluate AI responses for musical accuracy, structural coherence, and creative reasoning.
• Apply music theory, compositional frameworks, and stylistic analysis to AI training tasks.
• Ensure outputs reflect real-world musical workflows and professional creative standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time experience as a music director or composer.
• Strong professional background in music composition, direction, or performance-related fields.
• Excellent written communication and creative reasoning skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
