About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our client's team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare cost and quality improvement initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders and project managers, to develop metrics, conduct research, and interpret healthcare data. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid foundation in analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) OR Master’s Degree with no work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data analysis using industry-standard tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of statistics and algebra
