Together We Rise, Jamaica (TWRJ) is a mission-driven humanitarian art and storytelling initiative created to support families and communities impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Through powerful Jamaican-inspired artwork, merchandise, and digital storytelling, TWRJ raises awareness and funding to help rebuild homes and restore dignity across the island.

Our work lives at the intersection of art, culture, e-commerce, and social impact; therefore, social media plays a central role in how our message spreads.

Role Summary

The Social Media Ambassador role is a flexible, remote opportunity for individuals who love art, storytelling, and connecting with people online. As a TWRJ Ambassador, you will promote individual pieces of artwork and merchandise across your social media platforms and personal networks, helping introduce new audiences to our mission.

This role is ideal for college students, social media influencers, entry-level marketing professionals, art enthusiasts, socialites, networkers, and anyone seeking meaningful part-time work from home.

There are 20 Ambassador spots available.

A successful Social Media Ambassador will:

• Share TWRJ artwork and merchandise consistently and authentically
• Drive traffic and sales through social posts, stories, and direct outreach
• Communicate the mission of Together We Rise, Jamaica with passion and clarity
• Build genuine interest and engagement around the artwork and cause
• Earn commission through successful sales attributed to their efforts

How This Role Fits Into the Organization

Social Media Ambassadors are a vital extension of TWRJ’s voice and reach. By sharing artwork and stories across diverse platforms and networks, Ambassadors help amplify awareness, drive e-commerce sales, and support rebuilding efforts in Jamaica.

This role directly contributes to funding real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Promote TWRJ artwork and merchandise on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or others
• Share posts, stories, videos, or links featuring individual TWRJ products
• Use provided referral links or discount codes to track sales
• Engage with followers by answering basic questions and directing them to TWRJ
• Represent the TWRJ brand respectfully and positively online
• Follow basic brand guidelines and messaging provided by TWRJ
• Track personal promotion activity and commissions earned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be based in the United States
• Active on at least one social media platform
• Comfortable sharing products and stories with your network
• Strong communication and people skills
• Interest in art, creativity, or humanitarian causes
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Prior sales or influencer experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation up to 20% per sale
• No cap on earnings, so your effort directly impacts your income
• Paid via trackable referral links or codes
• Flexible, part-time, remote work
