🎯 Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across frontend and backend layers
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-focused solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Build and integrate APIs, services, and databases
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and best practices
- Ensure application security, reliability, and data integrity
- Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and collaborative development workflows
- Understanding of web architecture, security, and performance fundamentals
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or containers is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
