Founding Engineer (Co-Founder Track) - Autonomous Intelligence Layer

The Problem: Great founders are being outpaced by "loud" founders. We are fixing the signal-to-noise ratio in the venture ecosystem.

The Mission: Building the autonomous intelligence layer for executive visibility. We’re ending the "Brand Tax" on technical and introverted leaders and building a Marketing Operating System.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer (Co-Founder track) to build a category-defining AI product from 0 → 1.

You will:

• own the technical vision and architecture
• ship the MVP quickly, then iterate aggressively
• build the agent workflows, data pipelines, and product surface area
• collaborate closely with the founder (product/GTM) to find pull in the market

What we’re building (High Level):

Autonomous content engine

• Multi-step reasoning loops (idea → draft → rewrite → format → schedule)
• User feedback loops (“this is bad / too salesy / more tactical”)
• Personalization that improves over time (tone, topics, formats, style)

Real-time trend synthesis

• Pull signal from trusted sources (news, industry blogs, relevant creators)
• Distill trends into founder-relevant angles
• Generate content that ties trend → insight → personal/company POV

Intelligence dashboards

Technical Mastery:

• Agentic Frameworks: Must be fluent in LangChain, CrewAI, or Vercel AI SDK. They should know how to handle multi-step AI "reasoning" loops or open to learn it fast to execute.
• The "Scraper" Mindset: Expert in Playwright, Puppeteer, or Firecrawl. They need to be able to extract signal from messy web data.
• Media Pipelines: Familiarity with Whisper API (Speech-to-Text) and handling cloud-based media storage. (Optional)
• The Stack: Likely a wizard in Next.js, Tailwind, and Supabase/PostgreSQL. (Open to learn fast)

Location: Remote / Flexible with openness to relocation to Palo Alto, CA
