Position: Network and Computer Systems Administrators

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $65–$115/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design high-quality questions related to network administration and computer systems management.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical correctness, troubleshooting depth, and operational reasoning.
• Apply networking protocols, system administration, and infrastructure management frameworks to AI training tasks.
• Ensure outputs reflect real-world IT operations and system reliability considerations.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.

Requirements

• Strong years of full-time experience as a network or computer systems administrator.
• Strong professional background in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems administration.
• Excellent written communication and technical reasoning skills.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
