Digital Product Owner - Contract - 12 months - Remote

I working with a global pharma client and we are looking for a Digital Product Owner. You will be

responsible for defining the strategy, experience, technical requirements, and cross-functional alignment needed to deliver and scale the enterprise chatbot product.

Duration: 12 months

Location: Fully Remote

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate the product roadmap for the enterprise chatbot product, aligning with business objectives and user needs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the enterprise AI/chatbot space
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for chatbot performance, user engagement, and business impact
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities ensuring value/cost is assessed
• Track business case metrics

User Experience & Design

• Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve conversational flows and user experience
• Work with UX/UI teams to optimize chatbot interface and interaction design
• Define user personas and journey mapping for different employee segments
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met across all chatbot interactions

Technical Product Management

• Partner with AI/ML engineers to enhance natural language processing capabilities
• Manage integration requirements with existing enterprise systems (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
• Oversee chatbot training data quality and knowledge base management
• Define technical requirements for scalability, security, and performance

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with IT, HR, Operations, and other departments to identify automation opportunities
• Present product updates and ROI metrics to executive leadership and Steerco
