Algorithmic Trading Developer

The Role 

We are looking for an Algorithmic Trading Developer to design, build, deploy, and continuously optimize high-performance trading systems for our firm. You will own the full lifecycle of automated strategies from ideation to live execution ensuring consistent profitability, capital protection, and scalability across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, backtest, and deploy robust algorithmic trading systems that deliver +20% average monthly returns with no upper limit.

- Achieve and maintain strict risk parameters

- Run strategies 24/7 across diverse markets (forex, indices, crypto, etc.) with high reliability and efficiency.

- Continuously monitor, tweak, and intelligently upgrade existing algorithms when performance declines or build entirely new systems when needed.

- Observe and analyze live performance of other traders in the firm; reverse-engineer profitable strategies into automated, efficient trading systems.

- Collaborate with the team to integrate new ideas, data, and market conditions into production-grade algorithms.

- Implement advanced risk controls, execution optimization, and monitoring tools to protect capital and ensure long-term consistency.

Requirements

- Proven track record of profitable algorithmic trading (minimum 12 months verified live/demo performance).

- Strong programming skills in Python (for prototyping/research) and preferably C++ (for low-latency execution).

- Deep understanding of market microstructure, order flow, execution algorithms, and risk management.

- Experience with backtesting, live deployment, and 24/7 monitoring systems.

- Ability to achieve high monthly returns while keeping drawdowns at minimum.

- Comfortable with performance-only compensation (30% profit share).

- A sharp analytical mindset, strong discipline under pressure, and full commitment to working closely with the team as a dedicated member.
