✅ Qualifications:
▪️ 5 years of demonstrated accuracy in payroll administration in an online system
▪️ 3 years of experience with benefit management and design
▪️ Knowledge of payroll taxes
▪️ Exceptional customer service skills
▪️ Proficiency with Google Suite and/or MS Office
▪️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
▪️ Works well on a geographically distributed team
▪️ Knowledge of employment laws and benefit regulations for various states
▪️ Amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule (8 PM - 5 AM PH Time)
✨ Essential Functions:
▪️ Maintain payroll/HRIS data integrity and serve as the primary owner of payroll information.
▪️ Set up new employees and update changes in payroll/HRIS (exemptions, insurance, deductions, transfers).
▪️ Ensure accurate and timely timesheet completion and payroll processing (semi-monthly/bi-weekly).
▪️ Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to internal/external payroll inquiries.
▪️ Administer wage garnishments, 403(b) plans, HSA funding, and other benefit programs; manage enrollments, terminations, and audits.
▪️ Collaborate with managers and finance for smooth payroll operations while maintaining confidentiality.
▪️ Document payroll changes and maintain organized electronic employee records.
▪️ Prepare reports, analyses, and regulatory filings (ACA, EEO, Workers’ Comp, compliance audits).
▪️ Administer leave in accordance with company policy and federal/state regulations.
▪️ Support new hire orientation and employee benefits education, ensuring accurate enrollment and communication.
⏲️Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (PH Time)
