Role Overview

You will join the product development team building an AI-powered interview platform for HR professionals. The product addresses recruiter workload challenges by automating interview notes, enabling AI-based candidate evaluation, and improving consistency in hiring decisions.

This role focuses on full-stack development for AI-driven SaaS products, with opportunities to work across backend APIs, frontend features, and data-related functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-driven SaaS products in the HR tech domain
• Design and implement APIs for data utilization and system integration
• Build frontend features and contribute to overall product UX
• Analyze and visualize data to support product functionality
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

Requirements

Must-Have

• Over 3 years of backend development experience using Python and TypeScript
• Practical experience with frontend development (any modern framework or language)
• Hands-on experience working as a full-stack engineer
• Experience participating in AI-related development projects
• Fluent Japanese communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Interest in implementing generative AI features in SaaS products
• Experience across the full development lifecycle, from requirements to operations
• English communication skills
• Japanese language fluency
