This role offers the chance to shape and elevate a company’s digital presence through thoughtful, user-focused web design. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to craft scalable, high-performing web experiences, including marketing pages, product surfaces, and campaign assets. The position emphasizes design system evolution, accessibility, and responsive layouts to ensure a consistent, high-quality brand expression across platforms. You will distill complex technical concepts into intuitive visuals while contributing to broader branding initiatives. Accountabilities
- Design and maintain website and digital marketing surfaces, including product pages, campaign sites, and event experiences.
- Evolve and implement a scalable UI design system to ensure consistency and quality across web experiences.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly designs.
- Deliver cohesive, on-brand visual and interaction patterns, refining design quality through feedback and data insights.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance web designs across devices.
- Propose and execute interactive features that enhance usability and reduce friction.
- Support broader brand initiatives, including social graphics, print collateral, and event branding as needed.
- 3–5+ years of experience designing for the web, with a strong portfolio of high-quality digital projects.
- Deep knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, UX best practices, and modern web patterns.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI design tools, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to balance creativity and usability, producing visually refined and functionally effective designs.
- Skill in visually communicating complex technical or product concepts clearly and intuitively.
- Experience collaborating with developers and working with front-end frameworks or design handoff processes (HTML/CSS understanding a plus).
- Familiarity with motion design, web interactions, and animation patterns.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
- Nice-to-Haves: Experience with technically complex products, SaaS platforms, developer tools, A/B testing, or front-end development.
