We’re looking for a technically strong and proactive Platform Engineer to build, maintain, and scale internal platforms and infrastructure that enable development teams to deliver reliable and secure software efficiently. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and developer experience in a remote-first environment.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable internal platforms and shared infrastructure
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and automation tools
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience and system reliability
• Manage cloud infrastructure and platform services (compute, storage, networking)
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and security
• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Document platform architecture, standards, and operational procedures

• Experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
• Understanding of observability, monitoring, and security best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Clear communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
