Global Workday Product Director

Workday Product Director - $300,000 + 20% Bonus - Hybrid in Florida (Relocation Provided)

I'm partnered with a global organization who are seeking a seasoned Workday leader to take full strategic ownership of their Workday platform spanning HCM and Financials. Over the past couple of years, their Workday environment has grown rapidly and is now a full-suite, global platform.

This is a brand new position that has been created to provide end-to-end product leadership and strategic oversight of the full Workday platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will own the global Workday platform across HCM & Financials, leading from the front, providing strategic direction and owning the roadmap
• Partnering closely with C-suite stakeholders (COO, CFO, Technology leadership)
• This role will be largely strategy-focused, but you will be hands-on when required
• Leveraging AI and modern Workday capabilities to drive value and efficiency
• You will manage a team of Workday professionals and will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing Workday team as they continue to grow
• This role is suited to a highly polished, senior Workday professional who thrives in a demanding, high-performance environment

Essential Requirements:

• Over 12 years of ERP experience
• 10+ years of Workday experience
• Strong expertise across both Workday HCM and Financials
• Prior experience overseeing a Workday platform, being responsible for the roadmap and vital strategic decisions
• Previous people management experience

This position is paying $250,000 - $300,000 + 20% Bonus and is hybrid in Florida. Relocation support will be provided if needed.
