Social Media Manager – Beauty & Wellness Brand
Futureheads have partnered with an innovative beauty and wellness brand that's redefining self-care through high-quality, results-driven products. They're experiencing rapid growth and are now looking to scale their social media presence to match their ambitions.
Our client has established strong product-market fit and is entering an exciting growth phase. They're seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to own their brand voice and drive measurable growth across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This is a remote, contract role on a full-time basis offering the chance to blend creative production with data-driven strategy, working in a dynamic environment where you'll directly impact brand awareness, community engagement, and revenue growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the social content calendar and strategy across Instagram (Reels/Stories), TikTok (to be launched), and LinkedIn
- Planning, editing, and scheduling content that drives both engagement and conversions
- Designing high-quality static assets and carousels using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Writing compelling copy and captions tailored to each platform's tone and audience
- Managing influencer activities with support from PR agencies
- Engaging with the community daily (comments, DMs) to build brand loyalty and implement organic growth strategies
- Setting up and managing social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) with a focus on ROAS
- A/B testing creative variations (hooks, CTAs, visuals) to lower CPA and improve performance
- Analyzing and reporting on weekly/monthly metrics to highlight what content is working and why
- Staying ahead of algorithm changes and trending audio/formats, adapting strategy accordingly
- Monitoring competition and industry best practices
- Running the weekly newsletter
- Collaborating with paid media agency and internal teams to reach growth targets within budget
About you:
- 3+ years in social media management with proven track record of growing accounts
- Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) and graphic design (Figma, Canva, Adobe CS)
- Experience running paid campaigns and understanding the relationship between organic and paid growth
- Platform native - you live on social media and understand the nuances of Instagram & TikTok trends versus LinkedIn thought leadership
- Data-driven creative who uses insights to inform creative decisions, not just gut feeling
- Visual storyteller who understands the difference between a pretty picture and high-converting content
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategy
- Highly organized with ability to manage content calendars, campaigns, and multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and self-directed, comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Always up to date with latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features
- Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
