Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Python Developers with strong data engineering and cloud expertise to support large-scale, enterprise-grade systems within the financial services domain. This role requires hands-on development using Python, PySpark, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based applications
• Build and optimize data pipelines using PySpark and Spark
• Work extensively on AWS cloud services for data processing and storage
• Contribute to system design, development, testing, and production stability
• Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Apply best practices for application resiliency, security, and performance
• Support AI/ML initiatives including AI agents and ML workflows (where applicable)

Required Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering concepts
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong coding experience in Python, PySpark, Spark
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
• Practical experience across the full SDLC
• Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience delivering production-grade, scalable systems
• Strong background in financial services IT systems
