Job Description


This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Their offerings span challenges, coaching, rewards, next-generation Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and health management solutions, all designed to support holistic well-being at scale. The team values high-quality visual communication that reinforces credibility, clarity, and impact across all touchpoints.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating high-quality visual assets across digital channels. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring all design deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who is comfortable managing multiple projects, implementing feedback efficiently, and delivering polished assets on deadline. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to translate marketing goals into clear, engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Asset Creation

  • Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, and promotional assets
  • Produce visual content that supports digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and audience engagement

Brand Consistency & Quality

  • Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards
  • Maintain consistency across platforms, formats, and campaigns
  • Proofread all content to detect any typos/grammatical mistakes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and creative direction
  • Translate briefs into effective visual solutions that support marketing objectives

Content & Campaign Support

  • Assist with visual assets for blogs, websites, and promotional initiatives
  • Adapt designs for different channels and formats as needed
  • Basic video editing using Canva.

Feedback & Iteration

  • Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback
  • Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and expectations

Project & Time Management

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of design execution and attention to detail

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing assets for digital and print

Skills

  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Familiarity with other design tools, such as Adobe Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
  • Ability to execute clean, polished designs with precision
