Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by creating high-quality visual assets across digital channels. This role focuses on execution, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring all design deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
This is a hands-on role for a designer who is comfortable managing multiple projects, implementing feedback efficiently, and delivering polished assets on deadline. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, solid design fundamentals, and the ability to translate marketing goals into clear, engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Asset Creation
- Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, and promotional assets
- Produce visual content that supports digital campaigns, brand initiatives, and audience engagement
- Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards
- Maintain consistency across platforms, formats, and campaigns
- Proofread all content to detect any typos/grammatical mistakes.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and creative direction
- Translate briefs into effective visual solutions that support marketing objectives
- Assist with visual assets for blogs, websites, and promotional initiatives
- Adapt designs for different channels and formats as needed
- Basic video editing using Canva.
- Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of design execution and attention to detail
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing assets for digital and print
- Proficiency in Canva
- Familiarity with other design tools, such as Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
- Ability to execute clean, polished designs with precision
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual quality
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator when discussing feedback, timelines, and deliverables
- High-quality, on-brand marketing assets delivered consistently
