Job Description
We are a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Agency that specializes in helping clients improve their website performance through conversion audits, A/B testing, and design/development implementation. We are currently seeking a skilled Independent Contract UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Candidates must be U.S.-based and operate as an independent designer (not part of an agency). We're looking for someone who enjoys working closely with at team, taking initiative, and growing alongside the company.
- 100% Remote - Candidates must reside in the United States.
- Must be able to work primarily on Pacific Time (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role, starting part-time with the possibility of moving into a full-time in the future.

A little bit about the role:
On a daily basis our clients need website and landing page designs that are usually based on CRO ideas we've already presented them with. So, we are looking for someone that is great at website/landing page design and who understands best practices when it comes to offering an optimal user experiences. Most of our clients are in the ECOM and SAAS domains so you must have experience with those industries.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for ECOM and SAAS websites. Emphasis on "WEBSITES" because we don't do anything related to mobile apps, etc... Just desktop/mobile design work for web-based brands.
- High proficiency in Figma
- Working knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.
- Knowledge of Conversion optimization principals.
- Proficiency in with tools like Slack and Monday.com for collaboration and task management.
- Ability to be client-facing depending on project requirements
- Familiarity with designing using component libraries for speedy design-delivery
- Hands-on experience executing website and landing page designs from CRO briefs, including developer handoff, responsive behavior, and web design constraints.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
