Customer Relationship Manager (CRM Manager)

Fully Remote


Our client, a global leader in connectivity solutions, is seeking a CRM Manager to join a shared-services, Center of Excellence, responsible for designing and managing strategic, compliant customer journeys across multiple business units. The role focuses on CRM database management, journey optimization and measurement, lead generation, and enhancing personalized nurture flows across email, SMS, and web to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.


Required skills:

  • CRM Database Management: Advanced proficiency in managing, optimizing, and ensuring the integrity and legal compliance of CRM databases, including conducting regular data health assessments.
  • Marketing Automation: Expertise in using Adobe marketing automation tools (Marketo) to design, implement, and optimize nurture flows and campaigns.
  • Lead Generation Platforms: Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) platforms, including selection, implementation, and management.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Build ABM capabilities across the team including platform selection and management.
  • Drive ongoing reporting of lead funnel including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement – monthly for business units and quarterly for executive team.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong ability to generate actionable insights from CRM and lead funnel data, and to communicate findings through regular reporting to both business units and executive leadership.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: In-depth understanding of designing, measuring, and optimizing customer journeys that align with business objectives.
  • Data Privacy & Compliance: Up-to-date knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations relevant to CRM and digital marketing.
  • Personalization Strategies: Knowledge of leveraging customer data to develop and implement personalized content and offers across email, SMS, and web channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Familiarity with integrating CRM strategies with web, social, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Multiple years’ experience in CRM management, customer journey mapping, and lead generation.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing programs to meet business goals.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Adobe marketing automation tools, specifically Marketo.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated strength in analyzing program performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Competence in managing multiple concurrent projects, including journey development, lead generation, and reporting cycles.
  • Capability to mentor direct reports and/or contractor support roles and foster a collaborative, innovative, and compliant team environment.
