Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst – ServiceNow to support the daily operations and global rollout of the ServiceNow platform. This role assists with requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, data activities, and onsite user support under the guidance of senior developers and architects.
The ideal candidate is early-career to mid-level, detail-oriented, eager to learn ServiceNow, and comfortable working onsite in a structured enterprise environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to ServiceNow modules, ITSM processes, and large-scale rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for ServiceNow modules and enhancements
- Support ServiceNow configuration tasks, including basic workflows, forms, UI policies, and simple scripts
- Participate in testing activities: test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
- Support data collection, validation, and migration during regional and global rollouts
- Provide onsite support to project teams and end users, including troubleshooting and issue triage
- Assist with project documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards, governance, and best practices
What You’ll Be Working On
- Daily operational support of the ServiceNow platform
- Global ServiceNow rollout initiatives
- ITSM workflows and enhancements
- Testing, data validation, and end-user support
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or application support
- Exposure to ServiceNow (coursework, certification, or hands-on experience)
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, CMDB)
- Familiarity with JavaScript or willingness to learn ServiceNow scripting fundamentals
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Marysville, OH for the duration of the project
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or progress toward certification
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or participating in system rollouts
- Exposure to Agile methodologies or project delivery frameworks
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments
- 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
- Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
