What will you be doing as a Graduate Recruiter!
- Talent Sourcing: Entrusted with the exciting task of cultivating a dynamic pool of applicants by leveraging online platforms such as LinkedIn to connect clients with the most fitting candidates
- Talent Attraction: Take the lead in crafting captivating talent attraction campaigns tailored to satisfy client needs where traditional talent sourcing might not be feasible. Your mission will be to ensure alignment with both customer and corporate expectations, while providing a steady stream of qualified candidates
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all upcoming talent acquisitions. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in promoting best practices and equipping all C-Serv staff with the necessary training
- Documentation and Record Management: Keeps records of all materials used for talent management, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Driving AI through the Talent Process. Contributing to the enhancement of C-Serv's integration and utilisation of AI to streamline the Talent process..
- Demonstrate experience in a comparable position or a qualification in Human Resources
- Have exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling you to forge connections with a diverse array of stakeholders
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, with a knack for expressing ideas clearly, concisely, and warmly, both in writing and spoken word
- Show superb organisational talents, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously with ease
- Be a keen problem-solving aptitude, committed to swiftly addressing and resolving issues
- Most of all have meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to manage numerous tasks at once
Benefits
We provide a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £28,000, based on your experience. Plus, upon successfully completing your probation, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our annual bonus scheme!
