We’re looking for a user-centered Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process and help shape intuitive, impactful digital products. This role is ideal for someone who combines UX thinking with strong UI execution and enjoys collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and product design standards.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user insights.
- 1–4 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and end-to-end design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
- Fully remote role within Australia.
