What Will You Do In This Role
- Responsible for data management activities associated with SAP system access and end user training in support of projects on the COMET road map, as well as for key sustainment and production support efforts.
- Own and maintain TRACE tool, the system of record for the COMET global role design documentation and training curriculum.
- Responsible for long term strategy associated with use of tool
- Responsible for activities associated with TRACE content (Role Design documentation, End User Training Curriculum maintenance, Project Role Mapping and related change control, Report Generation to support delivery of road map initiatives (e.g., Training completion reports, Curriculum reports), Provisioning activities to finalize role assignments in production systems.
- Continually improve processes and tools to support initiative organizational readiness activities.
- Manage cadence of standard role & training related reports for Sustainment Network and SAP Platform Leadership.
- Lead small projects related to data clean-up activities in existing Role & Training Tools as well as in SAP Production environment.
- Manage SAP Learning Hub related data, usage reporting, and license allocation.
- Participate in efforts to enhance current processes and tools that support reporting associated with Role Management & End User Training.
- Develop subject matter expertise and serve as the point of contact for various enterprise learning and human capital management technologies (e.g. ESA and myLearning)
- Support SAP Platform Learning & Development Lead on evaluation of tools and delivery strategy.
- Manage SAP Platform team sites (SharePoint) and shared drives.
- Manage, and continually improve, processes for providing ad-hoc reporting and analytics to support SAP Platform team and SAP Sustainment Network.
What Should you have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in technology-enabled change projects/programs.
- Personal accountability, teaming, and organizational skills to drive and track success.
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization, participating in cross-divisional projects and building peer relationships.
- Intermediate to Expert level knowledge of data/analytic tools commonly available at our company (Excel, Access, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Teams).
- Intermediate level experience managing small-to-medium projects (developing plans, identifying resource requirements, tracking progress, issue resolution).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Aptitude and interest for learning new technology.
- Aptitude for translating business needs into relevant technical strategies and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP role design, training, and provisioning concepts.
- Familiarity with or practice in writing and running simple to intermediate SQL queries (SQL Server Management Studio).
