Associate Specialist - SAP Data Management – Role Management & End User Training

What Will You Do In This Role
- Execute data management activities associated with SAP system access and end user training in support of projects on the COMET road map, as well as key sustainment and production support efforts.
- Support centralized data activities associated with initiatives and road map projects, including
- role design documentation updates in TRACE tool, project role mapping, and related change control.
- Generate reports to support organizational readiness activities, such as training completion reports and curriculum reports.
- Execute provisioning-related activities to finalize role assignments in production systems.
- Manage cadence of report generation for standard role and training-related reports for the Sustainment Network and SAP Platform Leadership.
- Support ad hoc role and training requests from the user community, including the creation of mass-provisioning files and training completion reports.
- Support role and training data maintenance associated with key solution changes introduced via the production support process.
- Participate in and lead data clean-up activities in existing Role & Training Tools as well as in the SAP Production environment.
- Support the management of data associated with communicating key changes for bi-monthly SAP functional releases.
- Manage SAP Learning Hub-related data, usage reporting, and license allocation.
- Participate in efforts to enhance current processes and tools that support reporting associated with Role Management & End User Training.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics to support the SAP Platform team with decision support analysis on topics related to SAP user training and system role access.
What Should you have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
- 1+ years of data management experience on large projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization, participating in cross-divisional projects and building peer relationships.
- Intermediate level knowledge of data/analytic tools commonly available at our company (Excel, Access, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Aptitude and interest for learning new technology.
- Familiarity with or practice in writing and running simple to intermediate SQL queries (SQL Server Management Studio).
- Familiarity and experience in areas of Organizational Readiness & End User Training associated with technology-enabled change projects/programs.
- Familiarity with SAP role design, training, and system access concepts.
