Role OverviewWe are seeking a Paid Media Manager with deep experience in luxury and DTC marketing to own and scale paid media performance across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across high-impact campaigns.
You will manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, translate performance data into actionable insights, and work closely with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display, and video
- Own media planning, budget allocation, forecasting, and performance accountability
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and emerging platforms
- Monitor performance daily and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze results and surface insights that inform creative direction, targeting, and channel strategy
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure paid media aligns with overall brand and client strategy
- Stay current on platform updates, media trends, and best practices
- Support clients with clear, confident communication and strategic recommendations
- 4 to 5+ years of hands-on DTC paid media experience with proven P&L ownership
- Direct experience managing paid search, paid social, display, and video for eCommerce or retail brands
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, Pinterest, and Reddit
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Comfortable balancing creative thinking with performance-driven decision making
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level summaries
- Background working with luxury brands and premium aesthetics strongly preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar annual media budgets
