An integrated digital development studio focussed on delivering truly engaging solutions above and beyond expectations. We want to delight our customers as well as our clients. Our work encompasses mobile devices, websites, games, and wearables. 


The Role


You will lead how to work with our platform and provide guidance to the team. You will push the limits of composable elements and templates for longer-term client-led sales management. You’re someone who has the critical thinking and the communication skills to collaborate with different internal teams and with external clients.


The Responsibilities:


  • Lead WordPress architecture decisions across projects of varying sizes and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to explore and extend the boundaries of templates, headless builds, and design systems.
  • Provide best practices, problem-solving, and technical leadership for complex integrations and scalable solutions.
  • Ensure seamless communication with internal teams and clients, balancing technical depth with clarity.
  • Guide, mentor, and educate a junior WordPress developer.
  • Report directly to our technical lead based in Vietnam.
  • Oversee live builds starting March (3–5 months), with strong potential for ongoing projects thereafter.


You Must Have:


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Team Lead capacity
  • At least 2 years of remote work experience
  • High communication skills: articulate, confident, and able to engage both internally and externally.
  • Strong problem-solving ability: especially around templates, composable elements, and creative leadership.
  • Experience with scaling architecture decisions for projects of different scopes and price points.
  • Ability to manage high-performance sites with complex booking engines and heavy integrations (e.g., hotel platforms).
  • Awareness of the impact of site performance on revenue, especially when optimized with AI and paid media.
  • Commitment to authenticity: no AI narration or assistance during interviews—we want to hear directly from you.
