Senior Python Developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with expertise in Python programming, Fast API, and Microservices to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, Solution Design and preparing Function Technical specification documents.
• Prepare Cut-over and deployment plan and responsible for driving Post implementation hyper-care support and transition.
• Work with IT and Business stake holders to translate requirements into a functional design
• Prepare User Stories and lead the team to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming ,sprint retrospective ,spike creation for upgrade project

Qualification & Experience

• Having 8 years of professional experience as Python Developer in Development and support projects, Good attitude, good and clear communication, learning appetite
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, Fast API, and Microservices
• Proficiency in Writing and executing the test Cases
• Proficiency in Kafka
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure and OCI
• Experience with CICD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
• Experience in various tools like, SAFe Agile, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience in Containerization, Docker, AKS, Helm
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment and can work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities with proactive, creative focused approach to business needs with high analytical, inter-personal, and team playing skills and possessing good analytical skills
• Strategic, innovative thinking and vision
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Solid understanding of technology
• Comfortable learning, using and explaining new technology
• Strong organization and time management skills
