Executive Search Consultant Relocation Opportunity (Egypt → Dubai, UAE)

We are hiring an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Executive Search Consultant based in Egypt who is ready to relocate to Dubai, UAE and work on senior and executive-level mandates within a high-performing recruitment agency.

This role is for a commercially strong recruiter with proven agency experience, excellent sales capability, and a solid track record in billing, KRIs, and senior stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for senior management and executive-level roles
• Manage a full 360 agency desk including business development, client acquisition, and account management
• Consistently achieve and exceed KRIs, billing targets, and revenue expectations
• Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, advising on talent strategy and market insights
• Lead complex negotiations and close high-value placements
• Maintain accurate CRM data and a strong executive talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Recruitment agency experience (senior / executive hiring preferred)
• Demonstrated success in sales, billing, and meeting KRIs
• Strong experience managing clients at senior or executive level
• Confident, polished communicator with a consultative sales approach
• Highly motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate to Dubai, UAE
