Senior Software Engineer (Industrial Automation Robotics)

• Position: Senior Software Engineer (could also be Principal) need between 10-25 years of experience needed for this role.
• Location: Shelton, CT area; 5 days onsite role, no remote or hybrid – Relocation for surrounding states is fine, $5-$10K, sign on bonus as relocation assistance
• Duration: Full-Time/Direct (W2)

Job Description ::

10+ years of experience with C++, Embedded Development, RTOS, and Control systems are needed for this role.

Bachelor’s degree as a minimum is also needed for this role.

As a software engineer, you’ll develop embedded systems in C++, working across the full software development lifecycle, from design and device driver development to integration and testing. You’ll tackle complex hardware and software challenges, building reliable, high performance systems that directly control real machines and impact operations.
