Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s passionate about technology, process optimization, and client collaboration. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our design/development teams, ensuring every custom software project is perfectly aligned with business goals and user needs.
This is a full-time, remote role working closely with our U.S.-based leadership and clients.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with U.S. clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Create process maps, wireframes, and flow diagrams to guide our design and development teams.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations (in English).
- Work cross-functionally with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation and business process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (you’ll work directly with U.S. clients).
- Proven experience gathering and managing software requirements.
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Miro, or Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS, web applications, or custom software development projects is a plus.
