As a Remote Recruiting Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in high-volume hiring while supporting recruiting operations and candidate flow. This position focuses on candidate outreach, phone screening, interview coordination, and maintaining quality across the hiring pipeline.


This is a remote, full-time role with clear pathways into senior recruiting or leadership positions as the team scales.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to candidates using provided lead data
  • Perform structured phone screenings to assess qualifications and communication skills
  • Clearly explain job roles, expectations, and next steps to candidates
  • Evaluate candidate fit based on predefined hiring criteria
  • Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the CRM
  • Support recruiting operations and process improvements


Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable evaluating candidates over the phone
  • Ability to follow structured interview scripts and workflows
  • Reliable internet, computer, phone, and power setup
  • Strong time management and self-discipline in a remote environment
  • Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, or screening experience is a plus
