• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with requirements gathering techniques (e.g., workshops, interviews, user stories).
• Proficiency in documentation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Confluence, Power BI is a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
