Role Overview:

• Location: Fully remote (quarterly visit to the Grantham office at most — nearby preferred but not essential)
• Package: £35,000 – £40,000 + benefits
• Industry: Software / Technology

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining web applications using C# and JavaScript
• Working closely with developers, testers, and other stakeholders across the business
• Taking an active role in team discussions, offering ideas, and constructively challenging decisions
• Getting involved in testing activities — from writing and reviewing tests to collaborating with QA
• Owning quality throughout the development lifecycle, not just the code itself
• Helping improve team processes, communication, and overall delivery standards

Main Skills Needed:

• Commercial experience as a .NET Developer
• Strong development skills with C# and JavaScript
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (development, testing, QA, product)
• Confident communication skills and a willingness to speak up
• A collaborative mindset — comfortable working openly with others
• Some hands-on exposure to testing, either manual or automated
