AI/ML Engineer - Insurance Claims Transformation

🚀 AI / ML Engineer – London – On-Site (6 Days/Week)

We’re partnering with a YC-backed InsurTech on a mission to transform insurance claims using cutting-edge AI helping people get support when it matters most. The company is scaling fast, already at £2.5M ARR with $20M+ funding raised and is looking for a talented AI / ML Engineer to join their London HQ.

This is a high-performance, hands-on role for engineers excited about building AI systems that solve real-world problems. Top candidates will also have the opportunity for equity, bonuses, 30 days remote per year, and UK visa sponsorship.

What You’ll Do

• Build AI systems to improve accuracy, speed up claims assessments, and enhance customer experience
• Collaborate with insurance specialists to turn claims processes into AI-driven workflows
• Deploy solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG at scale across insurers
• Move fast, experiment, and ship production-grade AI features

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production, improving key metrics
• Passion for shipping quickly and iterating
• Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
