We are looking for our client for an AI developer who is not only technically strong, but also brings a fresh perspective, a clear sense of ethics, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary projects.

Purpose of the role

To accelerate operational and creative processes (production, QA, planning, artwork/packaging) by designing, building, and managing AI solutions. The AI developer delivers measurable business impact while operating fully within GDPR, data protection and security frameworks. It is a completely new role at our client.

What will you do?

·        Identify AI opportunities across the organization

·        Translate business needs into scalable AI use cases

·        Develop, test, and implement AI solutions for both operational and creative applications

·        Collaborate with marketing, product development, IT, and compliance teams in multidisciplinary and international projects

·        Develop AI applications for marketing campaigns, consumer insights, trend analysis, and product innovation within the personal care sector

·        Safeguard privacy, data security, and GDPR compliance in all AI solutions

·        Translate European laws and regulations into practical AI processes

·        Document AI processes and results in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

·        Train and support key users in multiple countries

·        Work in line with information security policies and established monitoring and audit standards

Who are we looking for?

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field

·        Proven experience in conceiving, designing, developing, implementing and owning AI solutions end-to-end in an international, complex environment, preferably within a production setting.

·        Experience in the personal care industry is a plus

·        Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mindset; you think in scalable solutions

·        Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)

·        Basic knowledge of privacy legislation (GDPR) and European data regulations and willing to deepen knowledge in this area

·        Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments and cultures

·        Experience in delivering workshops or training sessions to help colleagues understand and adopt new topics is considered a plus.

·        Strong communication skills; you can explain complex topics clearly and convincingly

·        Active interest in developments within AI and the personal care market
