Qualifications We Are Looking For
*Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
*At least 5 years of business analysis experience in Banking or the Fintech sector, preferably with experience in payment systems banking projects.
*Experience in both Issuing and Acquiring payment systems, including card lifecycle management, authorization, clearing and settlement processes.
*Hands-on involvement in Card Switching, Transaction Routing, and High-Volume Payment Processing platforms.
*Worked on Merchant Acquiring, Virtual POS, Settlement & Reconciliation systems and integrations with Visa, Mastercard and Troy.
*Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
*Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills
*Capability to shape projects by understanding customer needs
*High learning agility: Change Agility,Results Agility
*Ability to communicate clearly, openly, and understandably, and to build effective and professional relationships with stakeholders
*Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work well in a team
*Ability to identify issues early and produce sound, practical solutions
