Senior Graphic Designer – Remote

INVENU is expanding its creative team and is looking to hire a senior-level graphic designer to join us full-time (remote).

Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer at INVENU, you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of our clients across diverse industries. You will create high-impact social media designs, motion content, and branding assets (logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.

This role requires strong advanced Photoshop skills, including high-end retouching, lighting enhancement, photo compositing, and creative image manipulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging, high-quality social media content aligned with client objectives and platform best practices 

• Produce motion and animated content to enhance storytelling (Motion Designing is highly preferable).

• Develop logos, brand identities, and detailed brand guidelines (Senior Graphic Designer) 

• Execute advanced photo editing (retouching, lighting correction, color grading, compositing) using Adobe Photoshop 

• Deliver concept-driven visuals through creative image manipulation and blending 

• Maintain consistency with brand standards across all deliverables 

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ideate and execute campaigns

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional design experience (5+ preferred), ideally within a creative or marketing agency 

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Senior Graphic Designer 

• Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (required) 

• After Effects is a plus 

• Strong advanced Photoshop skills (retouching, lighting, blending, compositing)

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (social, branding, and/or motion) 

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines

This is a remote role. Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively with the team and work within compatible time zones.
