Job Description

Job Opportunity: Senior Kubernetes Engineer SME

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Contract

Key Responsibility

  • Very strong Kubernetes Engineer (not a DevOps engineer)
  • A TerraForm “GOD” – the managers words not mine

  • This means taking custom layer of code that built on top of existing libraries (in this case, AWS and Azure libraries for Kubernetes cluster creation) and making it easier to understand, modular and automated. Right now the wrapper mixes infrastructure, security and IAM logic all together and the goals is to separate these out which makes future changes easier and reduces risk.
  • GitHub Actions
  • Cloud experience – AWS and AZURE

Searching for an EXPERT Kubernetes Engineer AND Terraform SME (NOT DEVOPS ENGINEER), who can simplify complex wrappers in AWS and Azure Libraries for Kubernetes cluster creation. Extensive GitHub Action experience is a MUST HAVE.
