Job Description


Join our innovative team to lead electrical/telecommunication projects for a large-scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. We are seeking an Electrical/Telecommunications Project Manager to join our Field Operations team, located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Mobilization to Guantanamo Bay will take place in summer of 2026. This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000, Company-provided housing for self and dependents on the island, company-provided vehicle, paid utilities, company-paid quarterly trips off island back to your home, and generous foreign income exclusion eligibility, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and Paid Time off. Relocation to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba is required along with a valid passport, and in-depth background screening.



Our Electrical PM is responsible for leading both telecommunications/data system and the electrical work and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion in support of RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.   • A BA/BS degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics), Construction Management, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may be qualifying.

  • Five or more years work experience in Project Management of numerous projects (commercial or industrial) required.

  • Eight or more years or equivalent work experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent (or equivalent) in the electrical & telecommunication construction industry required. Work experience in the design-build industry desired.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in engineering design, system, and standards.

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - esp. Teams/Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.

  • Specific software literacy (McCormick, Primavera 3/6, Autodesk Build & Cost Management, BIM, Revit) preferred.

  • CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required. Training can be provided. STS certification preferred.

  • LEED GA Credential or AP/AP+ preferred.
