Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Financial Ownership
- P&L Management: maintain full ownership of the portfolio’s financial health, managing multi-million dollar budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring gross margin targets are met.
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute the annual implementation plan to meet ambitious energy savings targets and customer participation goals across Metro Atlanta and regional Georgia markets.
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand scope, pilot new initiatives, and drive innovation within the existing contract.
Strategic Partnership & Network Development
- Network Scale: Architect the strategy to expand the statewide trade ally network focusing on plumbing, insulation, and home performance professionals.
- Market Transformation: Lead high-level market development initiatives to penetrate underserved regions and diversify the contractor base.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee the integrity of the BPI certification standards and contractor scorecarding to ensure a high-performing, compliant delivery network.
Operational Excellence & Scalability
- Performance Optimization: Direct process improvements and the implementation of QA/QC efforts to oversee service delivery quality, meet requirements, and incorporate findings into continuous improvement efforts.
- Technology Integration: Champion the optimization of program management platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, VisionDSM) to streamline incentive processing and enhance the customer journey.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7+ direct reports (including program and field managers) and an overall team of 40+ across the portfolio, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for utility executives and evaluation teams, presenting quarterly business reviews, strategic insights, and performance forecasts.
- Executive Reporting: Translate complex program data into actionable insights for internal leadership and external regulatory stakeholders.
