Job Description
We are partnered with a leading solar power plant developer, owner, and operator. They are currently scaling their utility-scale portfolio and looking for a Manager, Project Engineering to join their cohesive team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will lead the technical lifecycle of solar and energy storage projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading design reviews (30% through IFC) and ensuring compliance with industry codes.
- Managing engineering deliverables, schedules, and technical contract reviews.
- Acting as the technical bridge between EPC contractors, internal procurement, and operations teams to resolve RFIs and NCRs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Engineering Required
- 3+ years of experience in solar and or energy storage
- Strong understanding of utility-scale project design and construction processes
- No remote flexibility. Must be willing to communicate to San Antonio office daily.
Relocation packages are available for candidates open to moving to San Antonio.
