Role Overview
As a Custom GPTs Developer, you will:
- Design and deploy GPTs using OpenAI's GPT Builder or API with custom instructions, knowledge, and tools
- Build and integrate function-calling capabilities to connect GPTs with real data, APIs, or actions
- Collaborate with teams to build GPTs for customer support, research, automation, onboarding, and more
What You’ll Do
- Configure GPT personalities, behaviors, tone, and embedded knowledge
- Define custom tools/functions for calling APIs or triggering workflows
- Test and optimize performance for reliability, speed, and accuracy
