Senior Software Engineer - C++

Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite – relocation assistance available)

Strativ Group are partnered with a fast-growing, well-funded startup to find a Senior Software Engineer – C++. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge autonomous systems, developing production-grade software that underpins the future of embedded and tactical technology.

You’ll work in a close-knit team of elite engineers, solving complex technical problems and building frameworks and infrastructure that power next-generation autonomous platforms. Code quality is central here - strict reviews, high standards and the chance to see your work make an immediate difference.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong modern C++ (17 or 20) experience (production level, not academic)
• A Computer Science degree or equivalent foundation
• 4+ years of experience in high-quality engineering environments.
• Experience with multi-threaded programming and concurrent systems
• Adaptability and drive to thrive in a startup where priorities can shift quickly
