IT Support Engineer | L2 | Fully Remote
A Leading Provider of Enterprise Servers & Cloud Solutions looking to hirea proactive IT Support Engineer to join the L2 team.
You’ll be the primary technical contact for complex enquiries, acting as the escalation point for our Service Desk and driving end-to-end technical projects.
The Role
- Technical Escalation: Resolve L2 issues escalated from L1/Service Desk.
- Project Delivery: Lead technical assignments from conception to high-quality delivery.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot remote environments, manage Jira SD queues, and document lessons learned.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify procedure gaps and build out our internal Knowledge Base.
Your Technical Toolkit
- L2 Experience: Proven track record in IT System or L2 support.
- Cloud & Auth: Administration of Office 365, GWS, and Okta.
- OS & MDM: Strong technical support for Windows & macOS, including deployments and MDM management.
- Automation: Ability to script and automate tasks (Python or similar).
- Communication: Fluent English; able to translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
